Cleanest Management Services has evolved as founder Dale H. Peterson diversified his corporate client base from Cleanest Office Environments to academic and institutional campuses with very specific and demanding needs. Founded in 1992, Corporate offices are in Princeton, New Jersey. The company currently services more than 150 facilities in Central New Jersey and Eastern Pennsylvania, and over 50% of their clientele are now represented by diverse educational facilities, training academies, and special needs schools.
Since their inception, Cleanest Office Environments has established a reputation for effectively servicing facilities that demand immaculate dust-free environments. The founder of the company decided to extend his services to academic facilities, which have very distinct needs with a high level of detail. Subsequently, Cleanest Management Services was conceived.
Cleanest Management Services distinguishes itself from its competitors right from the start. The first task at hand upon our commencing service at any facility is to develop a comprehensive color-coded work plan, delineating when every element of the facility will be cleaned. Upon completion of servicing the various areas and elements of an academic facility, the color-coded work plan is signed, dated and checked by our management team each month.
Our regional supervisors check all our facilities each night to ensure that your arrival in the morning is pleasant and without a surprise. Every month a comprehensive audit is completed to ensure compliance with Cleanest Management Services’ stringent standards. A copy is given to our supervisory staff, and any deficiencies are corrected within three business days from issuance.
